Customer Success Manager
Job Description:
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with MyMemoryMentor’s platform. This role involves onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for customers to maximize the value of our products.
Position Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
- Provide expert support and answer customer inquiries.
- Monitor customer usage and proactively address any issues.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify upsell opportunities and work with the sales team to realize them.
School Outreach Manager
Job Description:
The School Outreach Manager will develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to promote My Memory Mentor’s assessment and remediation platform. This role involves creating strategic partnerships, organizing presentations, and conducting training sessions to help schools implement our solutions effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential school partners.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for school staff.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support outreach efforts.
- Gather feedback to improve product offerings and outreach strategies.
Community Marketing Manager
Job Description:
The Community Marketing Manager will build and nurture a vibrant community around My Memory Mentor’s platform. This role involves engaging with users across various channels, organizing events, and creating content to foster a strong, supportive community.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
- Manage social media accounts and online forums.
- Organize virtual and in-person events to promote community building.
- Create engaging content, such as blog posts and newsletters.
- Monitor community feedback and report insights to the product team.
